Heated outdoor pool, guest laundry facilities, easy reservation process
Room decor needs a complete overhaul!!! Super uncomfortable mattress and pervasive traffic noise left much to be desired!!! Better maintenance in common areas could really enhance overall impressions!!!

Our suite was modern with a great view of the mountains in the distance. The hotel's location was good and stunning, next to Salida, Colorado, several restaurants to eat and a "non-smoking " establishment.

Great fit for taking strolls in Salida with great value for the money. Staff was friendly and engaging during check-in. For breakfast, you'll find a well-organized continental spread to start the day.

Clean and comfortable. Standard, but well maintained. Older, quaint accommodations.
Liked it all. Breakfast is served late, so we didn't eat there. We were already gone. Hot water took awhile to warm up, but was hot and plentiful when it did.

Everything was simply perfect. Appreciated the place, had a REALLY AMAZING stay during our lengthy road trip. The hotel was in a stunning location adjacent to the historic downtown, which is charming as well as the shops and local restaurants are. It also was in a "nonsmoking" establishment. The breakfasts for most tastes.

The local eats had me drooling-try the homemade cakes at The Crossroads. Pure bliss! Kim at the front desk was a superstar, and I loved the comfy cushions in my room. It's like they knew I needed a cozy spot after my culinary adventures.

Value for the money!
The owners were incredibly rude. They did not keep their promises and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing/recovery time during our stay. We were in the area for a three day endurance race and ended up stressed out... Hotel was adequate for what we wanted, but had a horrible experience with the owners. The situation could have been avoided, but they were rude and refused to co-operate with anything.

Rooms were very very loud---could hear everything from rooms above & next to us. Towels looked like old rags---super thinned out and holes in them No alarm clock?? Upon check-in staff not friendly at all, felt like we were a burden to be there checking in.

The Queen Room was comfortable with plenty of towels. The bedding was nice, and I definitely got a good night's sleep. The room had a cozy feel to it, and I appreciated the little added touches. But breakfast ended a little early at 9:30, a bummer. And the rules posted around the place felt kinda regimented. Not everyone might like that vibe.

Thoroughly enjoyed nice views.
Well, it was a such wonderful stay during our lengthy road trip. Our room was immaculately clean with a coffeemaker, soundproofing, and a couch. The location was magnificent and the staff was very pleasant during the whole stay...

great central base for exploring scenic downtown attractions
I enjoyed my time here because it was so easy to walk to various parks like Riverside Park, just a short stroll away, and the vibrant art scene, with several galleries, including Gallery 150, located just a little over two kilometers from the hotel, making my weekend explorations super enjoyable.

Price was competitive for the area. Location perfect for our activities and all rooms smoke free. The room was spiffed up on our return at the end of the day and the host was very friendly and gracious.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We got a room with a "spa" tub but the water temperature was set way too low to enjoy it. The "continental" breakfast was pretty sad. No fresh fruit, the pastries were gem donuts and mini muffins and the milk and juice were in gallon jugs in the mini fridge.
