Room decor needs a complete overhaul!!! Super uncomfortable mattress and pervasive traffic noise left much to be desired!!! Better maintenance in common areas could really enhance overall impressions!!!

The local eats had me drooling—try the homemade cakes at The Crossroads. pure bliss! Also, Kim at the front desk was a superstar, making check-in a breeze, and I loved the comfy cushions in my room. It's like they knew I needed a cozy spot after my culinary adventures.

The Queen Room was comfortable with plenty of towels. The bedding was nice, and I definitely got a good night's sleep. The room had a cozy feel to it, and I appreciated the little added touches. But breakfast ended a little early at 9:30, which was a bummer. And the rules posted around the place felt kinda regimented. not everyone might like that vibe.

I enjoyed my time here because it was so easy to walk to various parks like Riverside Park, which is just a short stroll away, and the vibrant art scene, with several galleries, including Gallery 150, located just a little over two kilometers from the hotel, making my weekend explorations super enjoyable.

However, I did find the check-in process a bit impersonal as it mainly utilized a computerized system.
